The Big Boathouse

One for kids, and one for adults- or vice versa

It's funny, one porch is on the waterfront, and the other is landside, facing the driveway.  One is set up with casual seating, and the other served as our competitive game suite, and both feature windows wrapped around three sides.   There were many discussions about which side is the front.  Many say it's where the drive way is, but just as many say, "it's called waterFRONT for a reason."

The waterfront porch (22' ft x 16' 6"ft ) is fully heated and air conditioned with very tall full-light double paned insulated glass. While the duct work and vents fully cover the landside porch (for possible future enclosures), we left the floor to celing jalousie windows (all working) and full screens for those that prefer fresh air and bay breezes.  

 

The landside porch (40' ft x 15' ft) also includes a ping pong table, air hockey table, foosball table, and the redone 3rd full bathroom,   It, however, is heated and airconditioned.
