The Big Boathouse

With boathouses no longer being built on the bay, this 40 ft by 18 ft footprint is grandfathered to keep all of your water toys safe, out of the water and the elements.

Add a garage/shop, hanging storage for kayaks, ladders, and masts, what more could you need?

 

How about a 10,000 lb boat lift with wide docks on two sides (could hold a 32+ ft boat), a 500 lb  hoist, 4 ft MLW depth, and an outside dock space for another boat? (mind you, that one needs work). 

 

The garage features a roll up door, a man door, a work bench, lots of shelving, a concrete floor, fold up sides with screening for air flow when you want it.  

 

The boathouse is salt treated from roof to docks, includes electric, running water, a fish cleaning station, and actually has room for many more toys, like sea doos, crab pots, and anything else that "floats your boat."
