The Big Boathouse

We found that one of the best things about the bay is spending quality time with your friends.

That means kids too.  We designed "The Big Boathouse" to be a place where lots of people can play together, and grow up together...parent's too.  Sometimes the best way to do that is to hang out with your best buds.  So we dedicated this space to the kids.  

 

With over 20' ft x 15' ft of space, their own private bathroom, and adjoining the kids bunkroom, we could go entire evenings without even hearing from them.  They picked out movies, played video games, argued, solved problems, laughed, cried, and now many of them are in high school and college.  Many would probably say that some of their best memories happened with the "bay group" of friends.  

 

You may have noticed by now that there is little or no artwork on the walls.  That's not because we didn't have any...a lot was created by kids.  However, I had the entire place painted, took down all of our artwork, and had all nail holes patched, so that the next family can make it all their own.  Call it a clean slate, ready for your family to make memories of their own.

 

Yes, that is a brand new flat screen, just for your kids or grand kids to enjoy.
