The Big Boathouse

The four bedrooms are just that, nice places to sleep.  And the three full bathrooms get the job done. Nothing fancy.

However, with fresh white paint, new Berber carpeting, new window treatments, and new beds and bedding, all bedrooms have some type of view of the water. But the four bedrooms are just one of the places people can sleep.  

With two queen size futons on the waterside porch, three queen size inflatable air mattresses for anywhere, a sofa bed, and even tents, we once slept as many as 24 people.  Sure it was cozy, but really, there was plenty of space to spread out, and you have the entire waterfront and bay for the days.

Full Bathroom #3-(Kid's)  6' x 8' w/shower, plus stackable washer/dryer
